You will have significant transfer pricing experience and have previously operated in a leadership role, you will be comfortable directly liaising with various business teams within the company and with other members of the global tax team. You will have experience in inter-company arrangements. Including developing, executing and maintaining the company's inter-company transfer pricing policies, assisting with tax audits and APA's, collecting and gathering data & information, preparing transfer pricing documentation reports, analysing business and planning strategies, M&A integration, business restructurings and managing & working with outside advisers.
