A modern firm with established roots, my client is a leading St Albans accountancy practice with a modern working culture. They are offering an experienced personal tax professional the opportunity to join their team as a Senior Tax Manager, working with a wide ranging portfolio the client base hails from a diverse range of sectors including: property, recruitment, technology, manufacturing, private clients, charity and not for profit and pensions.

Your new role

As a leader within the Private Client team you will be tasked with taking a significant role in the provision of advisory services to the firms most valuable clients. You will be working with two of the Tax Partners but will have a high degree of autonomy.

Your day-to-day will revolve around the provision of advisory services to a range of private clients, you will further be expected to generate business for the firm, be that by securing new clients or up-selling services to current clients.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will be an experienced tax manager who has worked at a good mid-tier practice. The ATT/CTA are desirable but due consideration will be given to those with strong experience regardless of their qualifications.

The role is open to candidates who are looking to take the step up from manager and experienced senior managers alike, the salary on offer will vary between these two profiles.
