As a technical Tax Assistant Manager you will have an opportunity to advance both your advisory and compliance skills with responsibilities such as:
* Structuring a variety of corporate transactions in due diligence and refinancing services,
* Building on tax knowledge of technical tax changes while developing junior staff,
* Collaborating with Manager and Senior Managers on their complex portfolio of tax assignments.
To successfully execute these tasks you will ideally be CTA/ACA/CA qualified with sound knowledge of UK or Channel Island corporate tax. As a global leader in tax advisory, International tax professionals are equally considered in this world-class office (only 1 hour flight from London)! Using your strong interpersonal skills, you will collaborate with global partners while building your knowledge of overseas tax regimes.
