A Top 10 firm under considerable growth looking to recruit a Trust Tax Assistant Manager into their Tax department. This growing practice breaks the mould of a leading firm, offering flexible working hours, part time contracts and remote working to encourage a good work-life balance.

Your new role
As a Trust Tax Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the preparation of trust accounts, preparation of charity and accounts and returns, in addition to helping handle any queries relating to income, capital gains and inheritance tax. You will also review some of the more junior team member work. Part of this role is client facing, so you will maintain a high level of customer service at all times, as well as assisting the team with any administration required to do with your portfolio. You will also be responsible for some of the delegation, management and training of more junior members of the team as well as picking up more complex trust enquiries.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant for this role, you will have experience of working within trust in practice/banking/legal. The ideal candidate will be STEP qualified and have excellent communication and people skills. You will be organised and all work you submit will be to a consistent high standard.
