Interim Head Of Reward, London, to £700 per day

Frazer Jones is currently working with a private equity business based in central London. We are looking for an interim head of reward to join an organisation for 3 months. Ideal candidates must have a strong understanding of Carry schemes and Reward Structures.

Responsibilities:

* To manage the existing Carry and Co-investment schemes in aggregation with administrators and other platforms within the team.
* Work closely in collaboration with the investment and legal teams to establish new Carry schemes and reward structures.
* Calculating and propose Carry allocations and award schemes in conjunction to individual performance needs.
* Building a detailed knowledge of existing Carry and Co-investment schemes, documenting and establishing processes.
* Working closely with the Head of tax to ensure all tax reporting are in line with Carry schemes.

Skills:

* Expert knowledge in Carry schemes and investments (Essential)
* Strong reward knowledge
* Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
* Private Equity environment (desirable not essential)
