Your new firm
You will be working for a leading independent, general practice who have been established for a number of years and due to recent growth they are now looking to secure a new Semi Senior to join their successful Accounting and Tax team. This firm offer a range of services to their clients inclusive of Accounts, Audit, Tax and Bookkeeping as well as Payroll and clients come from a variety of industries.
Your new role
As a Semi Senior, you will primarily be responsible for the preparation of statutory accounts for a select portfolio of clients, this will involve the preparation of corporation, personal tax returns, VAT returns and bookkeeping for clients with some management accounts as well.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to undertake this role you must have previous experience working within an accountancy practice. You will have prepared Personal Tax returns previously and be able to complete them through to partner review in an autonomous role. Communication is key as you will be liaising with both colleagues and clients alike and you must be able to work to deadlines. Experience of cloud accounting software would be an advantage however good IT skills in general will be accepted.
