You will own a number of on-going work streams and also take responsibility for a number of ad hoc projects. You will essentially be supporting on a wide range of topics and will be the initial point of contact for the business across all taxes. You will also liaise with indirect & employment tax teams. This provides a fantastic opportunity to build skills in all areas which will be beneficial for your future career prospects.

With corporate tax being the core focus, example projects include providing input into strategy papers, understanding & advising on the changing tax landscape, working on continuous improvement projects & managing the UK CT return process (prepared overseas).

Business partnering is another really important part of the role - for example working with the Corporate Finance & International Tax teams in relation to M&A for the businesses.
