Private Client Tax Senior – One of the Best Teams in London, to £46k + bens

Fantastic opportunity to join one of London’s most highly respected private client teams. With an impressive client base including both UK and non UK domiciled HNWs, UHNWs and OMBs, you will gain exposure to a broad range of complex and interesting work that will both challenge you and give you the chance to propel your career forwards.

Our client is looking for a CTA or ACA qualified addition to their team. You will be working on the full range of private client tax issues, to include CGT, IHT, UK trusts and offshore trusts. You will have your own portfolio of clients, for whom you will be responsible for the day to day compliance, with the support of more senior members of the team as needed. You will also be given exposure to advisory and project work so you can build on developing your skills in this area.

This role will suit someone who enjoys getting involved in technically meaty issues, has a good awareness of risk and a well developed sense of commerciality. Excellent communication skills are a given, as you will be liaising with clients and HMRC as well as coaching and reviewing the work of more junior members of staff. You will be also expected to manage your portfolio effectively in terms of meeting deadlines, billing and WIP management.
