Established in the early 20th century and priding themselves on a combination of traditional values with forward thinking my client, a Top 20 accountancy firm are offering a corporate tax specialist the opportunity to join them as an assistant manger in their City of London team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Corporate Tax Director the Corporate Tax Assistant Manager will play a significant part in looking after compliance matters for a portfolio of over 300 corporate clients. Said portfolio will comprise of a mix of clients from OMBs to Sole-Traders and Partnerships.
Your main responsibilities will be to provide support on tax advisory matters for business owners alongside helping them to meet corporate tax compliance deadlines. You will further provide detailed reviews of corporate tax computations whilst supporting the accounts team with the preparation of said computations.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be CTA of ACA qualified with experience working with corporate tax issues. From a personal standpoint you must be a gifted communicator with the ability to explain tax issues in a non-technical manner to clients.
