International software company seeking Globalisation Tax Manager

Your new company
An international software company, currently classed as the market leader Worldwide. Headquartered in the UK, with offices around the world, this business is undergoing rapid expansion and we have been instructed to appoint their new Globalisation Tax Manager.

Your new role
As a key member of the global tax function, you will be responsible for tax advisory matters and compliance in relation to the group's global expansion. You will represent the tax function as a key member of the Group's multidisciplinary Globalisation Team, liaising with internal departments and external advisers, researching and advising on tax consequences and ensuring compliance on entry into new geographies. You will be the first point of contact for tax related expansion queries.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant for this position, you will have a wealth of experience in international tax, either in-house in a group with 7+ geographies or from within a big 4 environment. You will be CTA/ACA qualified with a good understanding of the tax consequences of entry into new geographies, including withholding taxes etc. You will have experience in organising, planning and executing cross-functional projects with the ability to develop a vision and execute accordingly, taking into account the risks and benefits of available options. You will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate tax matters to people internal and external of the business.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of circa £80,000 + 10% bonus and share reward scheme, totalling circa £20k. For ambitious and dedicated candidates, this is an excellent opportunity to progress into to progress into a Global Head of Tax role with rapidly expanding business, on track to be FTSE listed within the next 12 months.
