I have been retained by my client in London in their search for a Tax Director - Tech Start ups to work closely with the Head of Tax.

This business is highly entrepreneurial and they deal with OMB clients, in start-up and expansion phase of their business.
This business deals with Tech Start-ups and is based near Old Street in London. This is a highly entrepreneurial business, advising cutting-edge tech businesses that have secured PE backed funding.
Description
This role has no business development requirement, though you will need to be comfortable with clients and be able to translate complex tax technical issues in a non-technical way.
Along with that, you will need to be highly competent in the taxation of owner managed businesses.
This role is envisaged to develop from Tax Director into a Partner role within 2-5 years' time.
Profile
This role is envisaged to develop into a Partner role within 2-5 years' time.
To be considered for this option, you will need to have a relevant professional qualification (ACA/CTA) and have at least 15 years post qualification experience within a professional services environment.
