Employment Tax Associate Director

This role is for a Senior Member of the Tax group within this global Tier A accountancy firm. The successful applicant will work closely with Partners and clients, directing employment tax services within the team and the wider firm.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage their own portfolio of clients but also be involved in ad-hoc projects and assignments. Business development is a key part of this role but you will not be expected to knock on cold doors; the majority of the work will be sourced from existing clients where there is already a flow of work.

The team itself is warm, collegiate and exhibits genuine pride and interest in its people doing well. They have won multiple awards for both their tax work and being a diverse employer of choice.

Applicants must be operating at Senior Manager within an employment taxes role in practice or have moved in to an inhouse employment taxes role in the last five years. Ideally candidates will be ACA and or CTA qualified and have experience of man-managing a client delivery team.
