Due to continued growth they seek to make a number of key hires to support the further success of their advisory focussed international tax group.
They currently seek an ambitious and long term thinking International Tax Manager. This opportunity is for someone who wants to become a Partner in a firm as they preparation to reach these heights will start from day one at this firm.
The role involves a high concentration of tax advisory lead engagements working with firms in a broad range of industry sectors including real estate, technology, crypto currency and a recent industry phenomena, Cannabis!! There will be lots of inbound/outbound tax planning, E&P studies, structuring, some transfer pricing, U.S export tax incentives etc. The concentration of your clients will be closely-held companies, publicly-traded companies, private equity groups, and high-net worth individuals.
To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have 4-6 years’ experience working within an international tax group of a Big 4, mid-tier or specialised international tax department of a reputable CPA firm. You will hold a JD, LLM or CPA license as well as master’s degree in an accounting related field. You will be tech savvy with strong working knowledge of tax-related technology, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Go-Systems and RIA Checkpoint are a plus
