Your new role
* Managing the tax return filling process for a broad variety of clients.
* Monitoring team progress against targets.
* Reviewing tax returns prepared by team members.
* Providing feedback and giving input into staff appraisals.
* Driving the delivery of technical advisory work on portfolio.
* Dealing with one off advisory and compliance assignments.
* Provide support to Partners in winning new work, by preparing proposals, marketing collateral, technical notes and helping to develop networks.
* Monitor progress and encourage the personal development of all team members.
What you'll need to succeed
* Advanced understanding of specific tax discipline.
* Known internally and externally for key specialisms. Building profile by speaking, articles etc.
* Confidently interacts with HMRC regarding complex issues on behalf of clients.
* Delivers advice in transactional, litigious or confrontational circumstances.
* ATT/CTA Qualified
