In-House International Tax Manager – West London - £65, 000 + 10-20% bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international sports and media leader. Growing rapidly in recent years, this business is focused on innovation and development. Following the expansion of the corporate functions, this organisation is looking for an International Tax Manager.

You will support the VP International Tax in tax advisory projects as well as working within the Tax Team and take responsibility for Corporate Tax compliance and reporting for the Group across several territories.

They offer flexible working with the opportunity to work from home at least one day a week.

Key duties include:
• Reviewing corporate tax returns (none UK and Americas) and assist with other tax compliance including transfer pricing and R&D claims in territory
• Supporting the VP International Tax in tax advisory projects
• Reviewing and improving corporate tax processes and documentation
• Preparing tax charges, provisions and accounting disclosures
• Managing global corporate tax compliance and helping to maintain the relationships with global tax compliance suppliers

About you:
• ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent
• Experience of UK and some international corporate tax return preparation and review
• Monitoring the impact of the BEPS agenda, including monitoring Permanent Establishment risk and the introduction of digital taxes.
• Experience of preparing tax charges, provisions and accounting disclosures (ideally under IFRS & UK GAAP)
• Experience of compliance management
• Helping to develop a junior tax staff that will also support these activities
• Inquisitive and able to work autonomously
• Willing to travel as necessary to build relationships.
