I am currently representing a Top 10 Private Client focused firm who are looking to hire Private Client tax professionals across Assistant Manager, Manager and Senior Manager level within their Birmingham office. They are able to offer a London style portfolio and encourage flexible working, offer a high base and an exceptional culture.
Background of the role:
With private client at the forefront of this firm, you will have direct access to a high-quality portfolio consisting of HNWI', Non-dom's, trusts, estates and international family offices. You will be managing your own portfolio and assisting the Partners with delivering a range of complex tax solutions from inception to completion whilst maintaining a high level of service to the clients. The Birmingham team has consistently been growing over the years so, part of your role will be to help mentor and train the more junior members within the team.
Due to the increasing demand across the Birmingham market, this will be an opportunity for you to be involved in identifying new potential clients and take ownership over expanding your own portfolio. You will be working as part of a supportive team and receive training from a very technically skilled management team.
The candidate:
This is a suitable opportunity for someone with a background working within Private Client tax and who is looking to take on a more evenly split role between advisory and compliance work whilst having a sense of ownership over their own portfolio. Ideally, they would be looking for someone who is qualified but are happy to consider people based more on the quality of their experience.
