Wall St firm with decades old and full service law firm capabilities in the UK market. Not a fly by night law firm unsure of what markets, geographies they should cover.
Direct, efficient, no-nonsense tax lawyer’s who are some of the brightest tax lawyer’s you could work alongside in the UK.
The tax department at this firm is in the invidious position of being able to offer both tax structuring and transactional tax related workflow, predominantly in the M&A/Corporate, Funds, Private Equity and Finance related sectors.
Role brief
The Tax Associates at this firm are handed a good amount of responsibility very early in their careers, but risk appropriate.
Advising UK headquartered and US, European MNC’s on their activities in the European markets. Project management (* mostly driven from the London market so still a good amount of tax technical workflow).

Above market rate compensation – Circa £110,000 - £175,000, depending on PQE.
