Partner Designate - Equity Partnership opportunity - well established profitable Practice
Your new company
Well known Swansea Practice which has been trading for over 30 years and has a great reputation within the local community. Run on a General Practice basis, with the team all developing skills in Accounts, Tax and Audit. After some internal movement, they are looking for a Partner Designate to come in and help drive the firm forward.
Your new role
You will be key to shaping the direction of the firm in what is a fast changing Accountancy sector. As well as the standard tasks of mentoring and developing staff, meeting clients and being an all round business adviser, as much as an Accountant, you will look at the firms focus on Making Tax Digital, targeting and developing new business.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be ACA/ACCA qualified and have strong client management experience, and ideally people management.
