Corporate Tax Manager or Assistant Manager

Marks Sattin are proud to be working with a Top20 accounts practice based in Harrogate Town Centre who are seeking an ambitious individual to join their tax team as a Corporate Tax Manager or Assistant Manager.

Our client is looking for a pro-active corporate tax manager / assistant manager to join their growing and dynamic Harrogate team to provide direct support to the senior team by managing the corporate tax compliance affairs of an existing portfolio.

The role

* Delivery corporation tax services to a growing portfolio of clients.
* Review work undertaken by the tax seniors within the team, including some staff responsibilities and work planning.
* Leading tax advisory projects.
* Assisting in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contributing to winning new clients.

The Ideal Candidate

* Excellent technical skills and have a thorough understanding of UK corporate tax issues.
* Experience of managing a team, and helping to deliver a very high standard of professional work to a challenging and varied portfolio of clients.
* Preferably CTA and or ACA/ ACCA qualified.
