Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, In House, Berkshire

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to join an industry leading consumer business based in Berkshire.

Responsibilities include:

* To manage all aspects of transfer pricing and supply chain needs including planning and compliance
* Supporting the evolution and maintenance of global operating models which are evolving as part of our strategy and insure all inter-company transactions comply with the relevant international standards and regulations
* Support and Assist in negotiations with tax authorities in Advance Pricing Agreements and on audit where transfer pricing is under consideration
* Provide support and advice on tax due diligence and related structuring for acquisition and disposal activity within the Business Unit
* Liaise and build relationships with overseas companies' personnel becoming a trusted business partner in all respect
* Work effectively with other parts of the tax department function ensuring full support is provided to countries e.g. international tax / indirect tax.
