As a senior member of the team, you will have significant exposure to clients and be expected to play a key role in all aspects of transactions, including negotiating and drafting. You will lead and mentor more junior lawyers and be responsible for project managing matters through to completion.

To successfully secure this role of a lifetime, you need:

* At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in a range of tax legal matters.
* A strong academic record.
* Commercially aware with the ability to see the big picture whilst also paying attention to the detail.
* Driven and ambitious with a key focus on client service and a strong work ethic.
* To want to move to Australia - sponsorship will be provided where required.
