A leading property business in the Preston area is looking for a Tax Analyst to join their business in a varied role. This is an excellent opportunity for a part qualified accountant with an interest in tax to join a mixed role.

Description

Responsible for all VAT and corporation tax returns, queries and compliance with transfer pricing rules.

Responsible for completing the bank reconciliation.

Responsible for preparing annual rent setting calculations.

Supporting the Financial Planning team and helping with management accounts when needed.

This role will also deputise for the Head of Treasury and Planning where appropriate.

Improving efficiency and increase automation where possible.

Profile

ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA Qualified (or part qualified)

Ideally have a working tax background

Excellent verbal and numerical reasoning skills

Ability to communicate complex technical matters to non-financial and colleagues within the organisation

Job Offer

Up to £35,000 and the opportunity to gain a varied skill set in accounts, tax and project work.
