Your new role
You will be in charge of managing the relationship of third party tax professionals, communicating with HMRC, keeping the firm updated with legislation changes, supervising staff and seniors and taking an active role in their development as professionals. Furthermore, you will be expected to facilitate tax training while managing planning work and the resources of the firm within your remit.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be proficient in reviewing and coordinating all tax-related deliverables across many different time zones, while up-keeping a professional demeanour with stakeholders both internal and external. Furthermore, your ability to identify and contribute to the product services provided by the firm will be crucial.

You will possess a CTA or equivalent experience, as well as a strong analytical and problem solving ability that complements your existing knowledge.
