Group Tax & Audit Manager, Berkshire (reporting to Group FD)

In House Group Tax Manager Audit Accounting

This is a brand new greenfield role for a rapidly growing Global technology company based in Berkshire.

Reporting to the Group Financial Director, the Group Tax & Audit Manager will have business wide control over tax and audit to ensure accuracy and compliance across the UK & Europe.

This varied and diverse role will include : review and oversight of the tax compliance process for corporate tax VAT and payroll which is currently done by advisers in the UK and overseas; management of group wide audits; M&A activity, acquisition and integration due diligence and providing advice to the business on new ventures and projects

In this role you will have a superb opportunity to make your mark, grow with the business and take on a challenging evolving commercial group role.

You will need to be qualified, from either a practice or commercial background with strong audit, tax and accounting knowledge. Previous work experience in a Pan European business, or the telecoms sector would be advantageous but by no means essential.
