As an Assistant Manager in the Global Mobility Services team, you will be based in Reading and your portfolio will focus on employers with small-to-medium-sized expatriate populations. The team has experienced continued success and is rapidly growing. This will be your introduction to managerial responsibilities as you will work closely with the Manager. Day-to-day responsibilities include being the point of contact for the clients, handling the associated compliance processes, and advising on risks relevant to the clients' issues.

To be considered for this job, you will be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified, or equivalent, and be able to manage a large portfolio of international assignees. This role requires you to pursue business opportunities on behalf of the team and develop the client relationship. As a result, you should have effective communication skills and take accountability for your work.
