Overview
Design, drafting and implementation of share plans and other incentive arrangements, as well as the various aspects of employment taxes. This includes management team advice on transactions as well as share plan and other benefit reviews. Responsible to identify new business development opportunities and further enhance existing relationships.
Requirements
* CTA qualified (or equivalent) or a qualified solicitor with extensive practical experience and up to date technical competence
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with internal and external clients
* Can understand the needs of the client and act accordingly
* Committed to personal development, willing to undertake training to further develop
* Is pro-active and enthusiastic, looking for business opportunities and ways to improve service delivery
