An exciting Transfer Pricing Director opportunity has arisen in Australia within a leading professional services firm with the option to be based in either Perth or Sydney. The firm is currently looking to bring on board a senior professional to assist with further development of the practice in Perth or Sydney with a number of business development duties, junior colleague managing and developing and assistance on delivery of projects. Other responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing transfer pricing solutions & pricing policies
* Overseeing the timely delivery of high quality projects and deliverables
* Mentoring talent in the team through structured coaching
* Providing specialist advice and support to clients / stakeholders in relation to transfer pricing issues
* Leveraging transfer pricing software to lead global CbC documentation projects
* Negotiating unilateral and bilateral APA's and reviewing supporting documentation
* Reviewing documentation reports, planning studies and position papers
* Developing strategies of engagement with the ATO and other member firms in relation to transfer pricing risk reviews and audits
Requirements for the role:
* A minimum of 10 years of Transfer Pricing experience
* Fluency in English is a necessity
* An educational background in Tax Law, Economics or Finance would be beneficial
* A background in Energy & utilities would be an advantage for the Perth office
* A Background in Mixed industries or Financial Services would be an advantage for the Sydney office
* A track record in successful business development
