About the Team

OneGM is a national business with teams based in London and across the UK. We help our clients move their people across the globe, dealing with everything from collecting compensation data to allow the compliance specialists to prepare the UK Tax returns to redesigning an organisations mobility programme to better retain key talent and developing new app based technology for our clients.We need Senior Associates to join all parts of our business and you can be based in London or Birmingham.

We can provide you with the opportunity to work directly with experienced Senior Managers, Directors and Partners in a collaborative environment.

These clients also operate in many territories around the world resulting in cross border issues that may require you to work closely with global colleagues to provide a global solution. The day to day contact you will have with your clients’ key stakeholders means that you will have the opportunity to build solid relationships, and be their trusted advisor.Business Development

As part of the People & Organisation business we are considered the anchor service in P&O with responsibility for spotting and nurturing opportunities to introduce other P&O colleagues to our clients – this provides you with an opportunity to be part of broad business conversations with clients and build your personal networks with PwC specialists in Employment Tax, Reward, Pensions, Immigration and Human Resource Management. You will work with data tools such as Alteryx and Tableau to deliver client facing projects which combine our technical and subject matter expertise with insightful and impactful analysis. Working with HR data, travel data, compensation and PwC technical knowledge you will create critical deliverables supporting the provision of global mobility services to clients. On some projects you will be part of mixed teams including across P&O and Tax, demonstrating the wider impact of global mobility. You will be part of a team dedicated to building a market leading Global Mobility data practice.

Essential Skills & Experience

An interest in data, data visualisation and analytics

Experience of building and maintaining relationship with clients and providing high levels of client service.
