Senior Tax Manager, London

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this progressive and forward thinking international firm for an accomplished Tax Senior Manager to undertake an advisory focused role within their burgeoning tax department.

The duties and responsibilities within the role are wide-ranging and include:
*Tax advice and planning in relation to all international transactions undertaken by clients
*Coordinating with local or foreign based colleagues for issues that exceed your area of expertise, by using existing networks and industry contacts, particularly in the Channel Islands, Australia, Asia Pacific and Latin America
*Restructuring and corporate tax planning, seeing transactions through from beginning to end
*Driving the acquisition of new businesses, by building networks with relevant industry colleagues and developing and expanding client portfolios by actively dealing with clients' advisory tax issues
*Dealing with a mixture of corporate and private clients
*Supervision of junior staff members and managing certain compliance tasks
*Interacting with partners and fellow staff in a technical capacity

Ideally, you will be CTA qualified and ACA or ACCA and possess a strong tax background with knowledge of managing the compliance process, have experience in international tax and corporate tax, an understanding of tax regimes and international organisations and experience in dealing with non-domiciles and offshore trust regimes.
