Our client is an established, successful independent firm, who are enjoying a pro-longed period of growth driven by new client wins. They are now looking to recruit a partner, or a partner designate, to help further grow the business by pro-active marketing of tax advisory services and to lead and drive the delivery of tax services both to existing clients and the external market. The practice places an emphasis on client service and offering value added advice to a diverse SME client base and the role will therefore appeal to someone who enjoys hands-on client contact as well as selling tax services.
Ideally you will be ACA or CTA qualified with relevant SME experience and excellent all-round tax technical skills. In addition, you will have strong communication skills, and be highly motivated with the necessary drive, enthusiasm and ambition to proceed to full equity partnership within a short period. Candidates who are either established partners with a track-record at that level or who are eager to make the step up to partner in the short term will be considered.
