The tax team manage the tax advisory and compliance requirements of these clients and the successful applicant for this role will manage a mixed client portfolio as well as assisting with ad hoc assignments on occasions as well.

You will probably be CTA qualified, with mixed tax experience gained in a mid tier or smaller accountancy firm in your career to date, or potentially with a relevant HMRC tax department and seeking a first move into the world of practice.

Good tax technical skills, spanning those areas that are important to the needs of OMBs and the individual company owners and a good client facing manner are important, as is the ability to manage your own work effectively.
