Personal Tax Contract - Top 20 firm

If you are looking for personal tax work during the busy season than this role is perfect for you. Working for a Top 20 accountancy firm, you will provide tax compliance services to clients and deal with administrative matters and assist with provision of all services to clients. In addition you will undertake some review work of trainees.

Key responsibilities:

* Completion of Tax returns/computations
* Prioritise workload.
* Accurate and clear working papers.
* Organisation of source data.
* Use of Excel and other software as appropriate.
* To ensure work produced by junior is technically correct and in an appropriate style.
* Annual compliance checks
* Ensure tax manual procedures are complied with.
* Ensure all tax payments made promptly and correctly.
* Ensure all review forms properly completed.

Key Experience/Skills:

* Will have significant experience in private tax
* Demonstrates an ability to communicate clearly and a sense of client service.
* Must be numerate and have good computer literacy.
* Must be enthusiastic and willing to develop and be a good team player.
* Has good direct tax knowledge.
* Developing commercial awareness for firm and clients.
* Developing initiative and proactive advice to clients.
