The role will incorporate both compliance and advisory work with the latter including matters within capital markets, share schemes, EIS, new R&D, restructuring, cross border, exit strategies, due diligence and LLPs.

There will be management responsibilities of course, to include WIP management and staff matters, as well as client service. This will include managing more junior members of the team and ensuring work is delivered on time and to budget.

The ideal candidate will be CTA qualified and have a collaborative, “roll your sleeves up” attitude, as well as being ambitious, personable, client service focussed and possessing excellent attention to detail.
