Personal Tax Consultant – Hong Kong

This company is looking to bring on a personal tax Consultant to support their service offering in Asia.  This is a multinational company that specialising in assisting expatriates with UK Tax, Wealth and Estate Planning.

You have the opportunity of joining their latest success story… the team in Hong Kong.

The role is varied and challenging and will focus almost solely on advisory work.

Examples of the work the team deals with include the many issues surrounding non residence and domicile taxation, the taxation of investment assets, residential and commercial real estate taxation, double taxation treaties, inheritance tax, the UK pension scheme, UK anti-avoidance laws, the taxation of OMBs and profit extraction strategies, the taxation of onshore and offshore trusts .

The team does complete work across Asia in areas like Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia so you may be required to travel to these locations at times.

The company already have an impressive team that you can call on for assistance with tax matters. The team is friendly and understanding and will act as a support network for you moving over to Hong Kong - quite a few of them have made the move and can give you tips.

The company will cover the costs of your flights and your first month’s accommodation so you can get settled in.
