Responsibilities
■ Report directly to the senior manager and partner across several engagements.
■ A lead member of the global coordination team supporting clients-independently develop process improvement and take ownership of global process roll-out; capacity to manage change and navigate change process management
■ Present knowledgably and independently during proposals for new clients.
■ Independently develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with the client teams in London.
■ Liaise with all member firms to ensure all required activity is completed timely and in with client's stated protocols.
■ Full understanding of risk management procedures and determination to enforce risk management standards, especially around the safeguarding of PII.
■ Identification of the requirement and provision of training both to the client and member firms.
■ Enforce engagement processes within the firm's community; develop strong and leverageable relationships with peers in other member firm teams.
■ Perform advanced financial modelling to forecast profits, accruals, and team utilisation.
■ First line supervisory role for supporting offshore administrative team; oversee the offshore teams billing and invoicing support and provide first level direction.
■ Mastery of the firm's suite of expatriate management tools
■ Capacity to develop strong relationships with the US/UK tax technology teams
■ Some basic to moderate UK tax process knowledge; awareness of key expatriate process issues
■ Some basic to moderate overseas tax process knowledge for major expatriate locations

■ Minimum of six years administrative experience involving internal and external coordination.
■ Excellent utilisation of Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in working with several offshore teams.
■ Degree level qualification or equivalent.
■ Builds the reputation of the firm through quality of work, knowledge and experience.
■ Monitors and upholds high quality of service to clients (internal and external).
■ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
■ Excellent attention to detail and good experience at problem-solving.
■ Excellent analytical skills and ability to manipulate and interpret data effectively.
■ Confidence and credibility to manage relationships with demanding senior business people.
■ Proven people and project management skills or willingness to acquire these.
■ Ability to learn quickly is paramount.
