JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Tax Research and Development Associate will be responsible for:
Conducting Research and Development (R&D) project management
Managing R&D credit studies and related activities
Developing and sustaining excellent client relationships during delivery of R&D services
Assisting in new business development, including add-on business
Assisting (other) R&D project managers with the delivery of engagements as needed, including research and writing with regard to technical issues
Providing R&D quality assurance, engagement reviewer and exam support
REQUIRED SKILLS
1+ year of Research & Development Tax experience
Bachelor's Accounting, Economics, Finance and/or a related field
CPA or Juris Doctorate
Solid Tax Research skills
Microsoft Excel proficient
Solid analytical skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Desired Skills
Previous experience working within a Big 4 firm
