Your new role
You will be the lead on taxation for a number of group companies, reporting to the UK Head of Taxation.
Your key responsibility will be to ensure that the companies comply with relevant statutory requirements applicable to UK Corporation Tax. You will be heading up a newly created team, ensuring the development and maintenance of robust processes and controls associated with Corporate tax compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally ACA/ACCA and CTA qualified tax specialist with experience gained in Corporate Tax in a Big 4 firm or in-house head office environment dealing with complex UK corporate tax issues. You'll be a self-starter, able to manage your own workload, train staff and communicate with colleagues at all levels. You will possess the technical knowledge and communication skills to lead the relationship with HMRC and manage communications to the business in relation to tax driven issues and processes.
