* This role is primarily focused on ensuring that all staff are paid accurately and on time, and that employees have access to benefits for which they are eligible
* Responsible for the maintenance, update and data integrity of benefits/ payroll systems, process and produce all relevant employee documentation ensuring that all documents produced, payments or deductions made, are in accordance with contractual and statutory requirements.
* Collate and save the payroll and benefits information to be processed in payroll on a monthly basis
* To ensure all starters, leaver, transfer and changes are made on time to alleviate possible errors in payroll, pension and benefits
* Manage the holiday system, update new employee information, remove leavers, authorise sick days in the absence of managers, make team changes and allowance changes where necessary, run leaver reports for payroll, run adhoc reports where necessary
* Be the main point of contact for payroll and benefit queries
* To respond and resolve payroll queries in a timely manner
* Teamworking will be required between the HR Administrator and the HR Benefits and Payroll Co-ordinator
