Client Manager with future Partnership opportunity, Surrey

Our client is looking to reward an entrepreneurial and client facing Qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant who is looking to progress to achieve Partnership and take control of a portfolio and at the same time assist in the growth of the firm.

About You?

You will be a career driven ACA or ACCA Qualified with some relevant years of Post Qualifying Experience. As this is a really key position within the firm and will develop over time to the position of Partner you must enjoy client facing work and be comfortable to organise and attend new client meetings and relevant events.

About the Role

Initially the role will be that of Client Manager with a definite plan to achieve a much higher earning potential – this will be a great offering for the person who wishes to really grab this opportunity with both hands.

The role is based within a privately owned firm of Chartered Accountants – whilst they have a number of significant Audits that experience is not of prime importance. The real emphasis is on Accounts Preparation, Tax and Advisory work to an existing portfolio of clients.

Many of the firm’s clients are based locally with also a significant number in London and it would be true to say the firm has been growing in recent years due to clients wins, a small acquisition and also the drive and energy of the Partners.

It is so important the firm now recruit an individual who is hungry to push forward – you will join a highly motivated and professional team and be based in offices central to a strong business community.

This role presents genuine future promotion opportunities which will lead to a Partnership opportunity and a significant rise in earning potentials over the next to two to five years.

Who should apply?

This role will suit perhaps a Qualified Accountant with some years of post-qualification experience or even a relatively Newly Qualified who has the hunger and drive to progress into a much bigger role.

To secure this position you will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and have the ability to build long term business relationships with a diverse client base – it is more likely you will have enjoyed working for a smaller independent firm of accountants and have some experience of operating with some autonomy.
