Social Security Consulting Analyst job at a Big 4 Firm in London, salary £40k-£50k.

You might own or manage key elements of a client relationship and, with an appropriate level of support, will be expected to proactively identify innovative solutions for your clients and pursue new business development opportunities by utilising your networks and market knowledge.

Your new role
Your new role will involve providing both technical advice and compliance services to your clients on social security issues; working with senior management on the development of technical solutions. You'll develop client relationships and identify new business development opportunities, as well as developing new ideas and processes to aid the development of the business. Coaching more junior members of the team will also be part of this role.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need experience of dealing with social security issues, although consideration will be given to candidates with expatriate tax or international payroll experience who are keen to specialise in this area. In addition, excellent interpersonal skills, experience of supervising junior staff, experience of assisting in maintaining and developing client relationships and ability to generate business development opportunities will be essential.
