A global logistics group is currently seeking a Payroll Relationship Manager to act as a key point of contact across the group. With a global workforce of over 100,000 and a divisional headcount of 15,000, this is a unique opportunity with an exceptionally varied remit. This is an initial 6 month contract but very likely to be extended on a continual basis.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manager strong relationships across payroll (outsourced), HMRC, HR and finance
- End-to-end management of the outsourced payroll provider through SLA and KPI reporting
- Utilize knowledge of current and upcoming legislation to identify potential payroll implications for group/division
- Lead developments for the Oracle R12 platform
Requirements:
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- A background in payroll, experience of project leadership would be highly beneficial
