This Big 4 firm have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager to further strengthen their growing Reward consulting team based in Leeds or Manchester. The team advises on incentive plan design, drafting plan documents and advising on the tax, legal, regulatory and corporate governance aspects of remuneration arrangements. The successful applicant will want to be involved in business development activities, including client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing articles and alerts on technical and other matters. You will be a reward / share plan specialist with several years experience working in practice. You will also be a team player and have experience in managing and developing staff. This interesting role will allow you to gain exposure to project driven work and also assisting in winning new business for the team, therefore strong communication skills and a positive outlook are a must!
