Are you a tax professional who thrives in a fast-paced deal environment? We're partnering with a market-leading Deal Advisory Tax team that advises corporates, private equity, infrastructure and real estate investors on some of the UK's most high-profile transactions.

This is an opportunity to work on acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, refinancings and international transactions ranging from £10m to multi-billion-pound deals, while developing your profile in a collaborative and highly successful team.

Key responsibilities include:

* Advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions, due diligence and deal structuring.
* Preparing and reviewing technical advice on UK and international tax matters.
* Analysing tax risks and opportunities and presenting commercial recommendations to clients.
* Building strong relationships with clients, legal advisers and internal stakeholders.
* Supporting business development activities, proposals and client pitches.
* Leading project delivery across multiple workstreams and jurisdictions.
* Coaching and developing junior team members.
* Collaborating with specialists across the UK and global network.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who possess:

* CTA, ACA, CA or equivalent qualification.
* Strong UK corporate tax experience, ideally gained within practice or a transactions environment.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience leading projects and managing multiple deadlines.
* A genuine interest in M&A, private equity and transaction-related advisory work.
* A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.

Why Apply?

* Work on market-leading UK and international transactions.
* Exposure to private equity, infrastructure, real estate and FTSE-listed clients.

* Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
* Collaborative culture focused on learning, development and career growth.
