Your responsibilities as a Senior Tax Manager
As a Senior Tax Manager, you'll join the Private Client team and manage your own portfolio of corporate tax clients, acting as a trusted adviser and key point of contact while delivering a broad range of advisory projects. This will include restructuring, business succession planning, capital allowances, group reorganisations and transaction support.

Working closely with Partners and Directors, you’ll help develop and deliver strategic tax planning solutions, identify additional advisory opportunities and contribute to business development, networking and proposal activity.

You’ll also review tax computations, provide technical guidance and mentor junior members of the team, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, within budget and in line with professional and regulatory standards.

Requirements
You’ll be CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, with strong UK Corporate Tax Advisory experience gained within a professional services environment. You’ll have a proven ability to independently manage client relationships and complex advisory projects, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Commercially minded and proactive, you’ll be confident identifying opportunities to add value for clients and contribute to wider business development. You’ll also have experience supervising, supporting and developing team members, helping them build their skills and progress within their careers.
