Tax Compliance Specialist - 6 months

Tax Operations Specialist tax job in London requires a Tax Assistant Manager or Tax Accountant to support this tax team across UK corporate tax compliance, UK VAT return preparation and tax accounting, for this interim 6 months tax job in London.

Reporting to the Group Tax Manager, the interim Tax Operations Specialist will join an in-house tax team whilst existing team members move onto project work. The duties are broad ensuring variety in the day to day role. Key responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with compliance and statutory deadlines within the UK tax team.
* Business partnering with internal stakeholders via assistance with preparation of tax advice.
* Year-end activity.

To be considered for this role you will have tax accounting experience in terms of reconciliations and corporate tax compliance, with an interest in being involved in the VAT compliance. You will be immediately available or very soon to be available and will commit to the 6 months duration.

Hybrid working is on offer with 2-3 days per week to be worked in the office and the remainder of time can be worked from home.
