In-house International Employment Tax VP

I'm delighted to be partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to appoint a senior International Employment Tax leader into its in-house tax function.

This newly created role will report directly to the Head of Tax and will take ownership of employment tax matters across EMEA and APAC, offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape the firm's global employment tax strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

* International employment tax advisory and compliance

* Global mobility, business travellers and remote working arrangements

* Cross-border remuneration, equity and social security matters

* Employment tax governance, risk management and controls

* Partnering with Tax, HR, Legal, Payroll and Finance teams across multiple jurisdictions

I am keen to speak with individuals who have significant UK and international employment tax expertise, whether currently operating in-house in a similar capacity or looking to make their first move from the profession. Financial services experience would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite. The key requirement is a strong technical grounding combined with the ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice within a complex international environment.

This role offers a highly competitive remuneration package, excellent visibility across the business and genuine scope to make an impact within a global organisation. Based in London, the expectation is to be in the office 3 days per week.
