Export Control Consultant

A leading professional organisation specialising in international trade is seeking an experienced export control specialist to join its growing advisory team.

Key Responsibilities
● Deliver expert advice on international trade, with a particular focus on export controls.
● Develop and deliver training courses, webinars and presentations.
● Provide helpline support to clients and members.
● Create technical content for publications, websites and learning materials.
● Represent the organisation at industry events, forums and stakeholder meetings.
● Monitor regulatory changes and advise clients on compliance requirements.
● Support process improvements, compliance audits and risk management activities.

Essential Experience
● Strong knowledge of international trade and export controls.
● Experience delivering consultancy, advisory services and/or training.
● Practical knowledge of UK, EU and US export control regulations.
● Experience with sanctions compliance, export licensing and risk assessments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a trade compliance professional looking to work in a varied, client-facing advisory role within a growing organisation. This is primarily a remote role; however, you will be required to visit clients as requested and occasional visits to the London office.
