Key Responsibilities

* Advise on M&A, restructurings and wider corporate tax matters.
* Support clients with complex domestic and international tax issues.
* Manage assignments and build strong client relationships.
* Contribute to business development and identify new opportunities.

Candidate Required

A qualified ACA, CA, CTA or ATT tax professional with a strong corporate tax background and relevant advisory, M&A or international tax experience. Strong communication, project management and commercial skills are essential.
