An established professional services business is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join its growing Energy & Natural Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded tax professional to work on complex transactions and provide strategic advice to a diverse range of businesses across the sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of corporate tax advice on complex transactions and strategic projects.
* Advise on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, financing and cross-border matters.
* Build strong relationships with senior clients and key stakeholders.
* Support business development, proposals and new opportunities.
* Work collaboratively with tax and advisory specialists across multiple disciplines.
* Review technical analysis and translate complex issues into clear commercial advice.
* Coach, develop and support junior members of the team.
Candidate Required
The ideal candidate will be CTA, ACA, CA or equivalent qualified, with strong UK corporate tax knowledge and relevant Energy & Natural Resources experience. They will be commercially focused, analytically strong and confident managing complex projects and client relationships. Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills are essential, together with a genuine interest in transaction-focused advisory work.
