This role offers genuine exposure to complex, high-value work at the top end of the market.
Candidates joining at this level can expect a fast-moving, intellectually demanding environment, with real backing from senior leadership who are actively investing in the team's growth.

* Keeping clients ahead of shifting global tax policy, including the OECD's Pillar Two reforms
This position suits someone already operating at Senior Manager level who wants to specialise further in international work, or a strong Manager who is ready to step up.

Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality international tax advice that helps clients meet their commercial goals
* Overseeing complex advisory work spanning structuring, refinancing, group reorganisation and tax authority enquiries
* Coordinating input from specialists in other teams and overseas offices

* Playing a leading role in proposals, tender documents and pitch presentations
* Working alongside senior leadership to identify and win new business
What You'll Bring
* A recognised accountancy or tax qualification (e.g. ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent), with strong technical grounding in corporate tax
* Experience coaching and developing team members, and managing stakeholder relationships
* Confident communicator, both in writing and face-to-face
* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, applied with commercial judgement

* Comfortable juggling multiple projects and relationships at once
* Genuine enthusiasm for the subject matter and a drive to keep developing technically
